Sachse Sellers Still Hold the Cards -- Barely

The 75048 covers Sachse proper and spills into the Rowlett fringe along Highway 78, anchored by the sprawling Woodbridge master-plan with its golf course, pools, and trail network. Housing stock skews newer than neighboring Garland -- mostly 2000s-era two-stories from builders like Highland, David Weekley, and Meritage, plus a wave of 2020-built townhomes near Ranch Park Village. Lot sizes are tighter in the newer sections but open up dramatically along Pleasant Valley and the old Sachse Ranch estates, where you'll find acreage parcels with ag structures still intact.
