The 75048 covers Sachse proper and spills into the Rowlett fringe along Highway 78, anchored by the sprawling Woodbridge master-plan with its golf course, pools, and trail network. Housing stock skews newer than neighboring Garland -- mostly 2000s-era two-stories from builders like Highland, David Weekley, and Meritage, plus a wave of 2020-built townhomes near Ranch Park Village.
